Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility

    • This Contest ("Contest") is open to all residents of Nepal aged 18 years old and above.
    • Employees of Ultima Lifestyle, its affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

  2. Contest Period

    The Contest will run from June 13, 2024 (31st Jestha, 2081) to July 15, 2024 (31st Asadh, 2081).

  3. How to Enter

    • Purchase an Ultima Magnum E500 smartwatch from any authorized channel (Official Website www.ultima.com.np, Daraz, Khalti, Jeevee, Hukut, neo, Brothermart, or any online platforms including authorized offline retail channels) and make the payment via any medium, COD, Wallet or Card between June 13, 2024, and June 25, 2024.
    • Orders placed from any platform (both major online and offline platforms) are eligible for the contest. The customer must retain a valid purchase bill to claim the prize, which will be required for verification.
    • Take a picture of yourself wearing the Ultima Magnum E500 smartwatch.
    • Post the picture on your public social media profile (Facebook, Instagram) and tag Ultima Lifestyle with the hashtags #WearTheLuxury #MagnumE500 #UltimaLifestyle.
    • Valid entries are only applicable to Facebook and Instagram. Entries posted outside these platforms will not be eligible.

  4. Selection of Winners

    • The process for selecting winners will be finalized based on the number of entries received by the end of the campaign.
    • It is confirmed that there will be one (1) lucky winner for the iPhone 15 and thirty (30) lucky winners for the Ultima Atom 192 earbuds.
    • The selection process, whether by voting or random selection, will be updated at the end of the campaign and communicated on our social media platforms.
    • Winners will be chosen based on creativity, adherence to the “Luxury Meets Technology” & “Wear The Luxury” theme, and compliance with the contest rules.
    • All entries will be reviewed Ultima Lifestyle to ensure fairness and impartiality.
    • The final decision on the winners will be made by Ultima Lifestyle and is binding.
    • Participants are encouraged to follow Ultima Lifestyle on social media to stay updated on the selection process and winner announcements.

  5. Prizes

    • Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive a brand new iPhone 15.
    • Second Prize: Thirty (30) winners will each receive a brand new Ultima Atom 192 earbuds.

  6. Winner Announcement

    • The winner of the grand prize will be announced on Ultima Lifestyle's social media platforms.
    • The winner of the grand prize must collect their prize from Ultima's Office located at Tahachal, Kathmandu.
    • The 30 randomly selected winners will be contacted via direct message on their social media accounts used for the contest entry.
    • Ultima Lifestyle will contact the Winners, upon which the Winner shall provide a copy of their citizenship certificate and PAN (“Official Documents”) along with the Valid Proof of bill for verification purposes for the Giveaway.
    • After receiving the Official Documents, Ultima Lifestyle will cross- check the Winner's name in the Official Document with the Username in the Platform of the Winner. In case, they find any discrepancy in the Official Document and the Username of the Winner, a different Winner will be chosen for the Giveaway within 10 days.
    • Ultima Lifestyle has the right to eliminate a Winner of the Giveaway if it is found that the respective winner is already a chosen Winner for a different giveaway.
    • The Prize won through this Giveaway must be claimed within 30 days from the date of the announcement. If the Winner does not claim the reward within 30 days then Ultima Lifestyle reserves the right to choose another Winner.
    • The Prize won through this Giveaway is non-transferable and non-refundable, and Ultima Lifestyle shall not bear any responsibility for any claim put forward by the Winner with regard to the Prize.
    • The Winner shall provide a signed power of attorney along with citizenship certificate to the individual collecting the Prize on its behalf. Ultima Lifestyle shall not be liable for any dispute between the individual and the Winner once the Prize has been handed over.

  7. Terms and Conditions for Photo Submissions

    • Photos submitted must be the original work of the participant and must not infringe on the copyright of any third party.
    • The watch must be clearly visible in the photo; otherwise, the entry will be rejected.
    • By submitting a photo, participants grant Ultima Lifestyle a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the photo for promotional purposes.
    • Participants must hold a valid purchase bill, which will be cross-checked and verified by our sales partners. If the bill is found to be fake, the entry will be rejected.
    • Photos deemed offensive, inappropriate, or not aligned with the contest theme will be disqualified.

  8. General Terms

    • Ultima Lifestyle reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
    • In case the Winner chosen is found to be ineligible due to any circumstances in such case Ultima Lifestyle reserves the right to choose a different winner within 10 days.
    • This Giveaway is not a lottery, betting, or gambling under the prevailing laws of Nepal.
    • Participant purchasing from Authorized Platform must provide their correct name, contact number, email, and location. Ultima Lifestyle shall not be held liable if the address, email, and phone number, thus provided, is found incorrect.
    • By purchasing items from Authorized Platform during the Offer Time, Participants agree and provide consent to Ultima Lifestyle to use their identity for the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing, and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of the Giveaway.
    • The color of the prize will be at the discretion of Ultima Lifestyle.
    • Ultima Lifestyle does not provide a warranty for the iPhone and will not bear any charges if found damaged after use.
    • As per Nepalese tax laws, the iPhone winner must pay 15% TDS of the prize value to collect the prize. The tax will be submitted to the government.
    • By purchasing items from the Authorized Platform, Participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agree to the Terms and Conditions of this Giveaway.
    • Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Ultima Lifestyle, which are final and binding.
    • This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform.
